Brett Waikart is the CEO and Co-founder of Skillfully, a Public Benefit Corporation that's on a mission to build a fairer and more human-centric future of work. Skillfully creates customizable virtual simulations to help employers see applicants’ skills in action, empowering them to spend more time with great talent and less time screening resumes. Prior to Skillfully, Brett founded Portfolios with Purpose, an edtech non-profit that uses virtual simulations to help students develop critical financial and investment literacy skills. Brett lives in San Francisco and can be found surfing, sailing or sliding down the side of a mountain most weekends.
